36”x36” Acrylic on Canvas Framed

I find myself being drawn to the water at Ikes Point especially when it is glass like and still. The quiet water reminds me to find the quietness within. Before I dive in I take deep breaths preparing me for the breath while I my swim. Meditation and swimming are closely linked for me. Swimming is a moving meditation. The only actions are the rhythm of the strokes and the rhythm the breath. Moving, breathing. Occasionally, taking a frogs view of what's ahead, seeing the green separate as I move through the reflection.
